Madison Kulp

Programs Manager

Madison Kulp leads program operations and partner care at Orchard, where she galvanizes systems, training, and collaborative execution to support ministry partners and help organizations flourish. With a background spanning content creation, marketing strategy, and client care, she brings a relational, people-centered approach to building sustainable programs and strengthening partner engagement. A storyteller at heart, she is passionate about helping others make a meaningful impact wherever they are planted.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Madison’s professional experience bridges both large corporations and nonprofits, equipping her to navigate complexity with creativity and clarity. In 2024, she published her debut memoir, The Happiest Place to Cry, a reflection on faith, grief, and hope shaped by her time working at Walt Disney World during a season of profound loss.

She loves thick novels, loose-leaf tea, and any adventure that keeps her outdoors and active. Most days, she can be found in Roswell, Georgia with a cat at her feet and a creative project in progress.
