For over three decades, Orchard has empowered nonprofit leaders to make a difference in the world. Our resources are designed to equip ministry leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to overcome the unique challenges faced by leaders of nonprofit organizations, both operationally and spiritually. Meet some of recent Orchard Institute graduates below: 

Meet Partner Nik Hanlon with the Motoskate Foundation. Listen as he shares about their work in Eastern Congo helping to create economic independent for small churches.
Meet Partner Janice Nazerian with Kid's Cup. Listen to how he work has been able to provide clothing, food and hygiene needs for over a thousand children in foster care over 45 Georgia counties.  
Meet Kristie Cooper, who has created a job readiness program with Working in Communities that is putting more people on a path to sustainability and self-sufficiency. Her programs and resources is helping people find their gifts and talents and giving them the tools they need to find work that provides for themselves, their families and their communities.
 Shaun and Stephanie Johnston's own work as missionaries in Spain opened their eyes to the drastic need that ministry leaders have as they struggle with high levels of anxiety and depression. With counseling, coaching, global discipleship, and church partnerships they are serving the nations by serving the leaders who spread the Gospel with Refugio Ministries.
