We are happy to announce the official merger of The LEAD Institute and Orchard! Under Orchard’s umbrella, the LEAD Institute’s curriculum will be the foundational training course in the Orchard Institute. In addition to their excellent curriculum, The Lead Institute brings Orchard an expanded strategy for using volunteer coaches, numerous community partnerships, and talented board and staff members who have joined our team! As 2021 continues, we will share more direct ways The Lead Institute is strengthening Orchard. But the main message I want to communicate today is that we can serve far more ministry leaders together than we ever could have apart! Instead of recreating the wheel, the Board of Directors for both organizations chose to unify and work together for the sake of spreading the love of Jesus in the world. I hope you will pray for us and continue to support the expansive work of Orchard – now strengthened for impact by The Lead Institute!
